The Tuff2 shower tray former complete with gulley (horizontal & vertical out) are realistically priced high quality products with thousands of installs to date.

An extremely strong grp moulded shower tray former for wet rooms in new build and refurbishment projects. This former is favored by us for wooden floors where its strength and fixing points (on all 4 sides) make it effective for spanning floor joists and extremely stable. The Tuff2 tray former features :

Due to its strength the Tuff2 shower tray requires no under boarding like other bases so is easily dropped directly onto joists and safely screwed home.

The Tuff2 level access former comes in 9 different sizes and is tested fdor excessive loads inc wheelchairs and carers.. These bases can be cut to within 150mm of the waste without losing strength so boxing's or odd shaped rooms shouldn't be a problem.

Waste points are off set to avoid joists and allow left or right handed fixing. The ability to be used with both gravity and pumped wastes make this a truly versatile less able level access and wetroom solution. The Tuff2 range includes 8 stylish and reasonably priced glass screens. Made of toughened glass these screens are available left or right handed corner configs and freestanding. All the Tuff2 bases are compatible with the Durabase tanking systems and underfloor heating.
